Harborlight Management Services was founded in 2003, after the proliferation of the internet and e-mail but before the introduction of social media and mobile digital devices.
At the heart of our consultancy’s practice is the goal of understanding people’s beliefs and behaviors. We employ ethnographic research methods to seek out users, customers, and stakeholders in their own environments and discover their needs and issues. Whether we are helping clients create products and services, or implement organizational changes, or educate their staff, we have learned from experience that successful design begins with an appreciation of the work community’s unique culture.
